Amenities
We provide showers, towels, lockers, robes, slippers, soap, shampoo, light snacks and refreshments, in separate men and women's lounges.

Check-In
Please arrive thirty minutes prior to your appointment to fill our necessary paperwork, unwind, change into a robe and slippers and enjoy refreshments.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours may result in a fee.

Cell Phones and Pagers
Please refrain from using. Turn them off, or leave them at home for the sake of all spa guests.

Children
We do love children, but please make arrangements to leave them at home on day of appointment so that you may relax.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in denominations and services.

Gratuity
Eighteen to twenty percent is the industry standard for tipping. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk.

Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash and In-state checks with proper ID.

Special Events and Groups
Please ask our Salon Director about reserving the salon or spa for any special group events or parties you may be interested in.
